With over 25 years of combined military and industry expertise, I specialize in helping organizations transform field operations into scalable, efficient, and future-ready systems. As the founder of Core Consultor, I provide strategic consulting, systems integration, and AI-powered tools tailored to the needs of field technicians, installers, and operators. My approach blends technical depth with practical field knowledge, enabling companies to streamline workflows, optimize technology adoption, and empower their teams to perform at their best. From operational strategy to real-time AI diagnostics, I’m dedicated to turning field challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.
Beyond consulting, I am also the founder of BaroBass, a mobile platform that connects people with outdoor adventures around Lake Lewisville and Little Elm, Texas. My career includes nearly two decades at Lone Star Communications, where I advanced from IT Technical Lead to Integration Architect and Information Security Officer, leading enterprise technology deployments in healthcare and critical communications. A U.S. Army veteran and frequent speaker at industry conferences—including Field Services West, InfoComm, and the NSCA Business Leadership Conference—I bring a unique perspective on how AI, low-code solutions, and secure systems can reshape the future of field services and technology-driven operations.

My mission has always been rooted in a commitment to customer service and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships. From working directly in customer service, installation, teaching, and operations, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges people face when accessing critical information or navigating complex processes. Those experiences gave me a unique perspective into the pain points that slow teams down and limit their potential. Rather than accept these inefficiencies as “just the way it is,” I’ve been driven to find better ways to empower both coworkers and customers.
With a passion for innovation, I believe artificial intelligence can transform how we work, learn, and support one another. AI provides the ability to turn overwhelming data into clear, accessible answers, making every interaction more efficient and impactful.
